Boudha or Boudhanath is a major buddhist sanctuary and pilgrimage destination in Nepal located at the border of Kathmandu. The ancient Stupa is one of the largest in the world. The place is on the ancient trade route from Tibet. Many monasteries are located nearby. Each time of the day the atmosphere is different. In the early morning, doves gather at the stupa.Buddhist and Hindu worshippers circle the stupa.
